The Privacy Policy details to you how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.SolheimEnterprises.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terminology referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We categorize this information as “Device Information.”

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number, email address, and phone number). When you take one of our courses, including when you use a voucher to do so, to provide such course we need to collect various information online and offline. This information consists of your name, contact information, classification and membership category, and information about the organization you represent if you choose. We categorize this information as “Course Information.”

When you activate the Solheim app we collect your name and email address. We categorize this information as “App Information.” If you choose to make in-app purchases then your Order Information will be collected and stored by our third party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Finally, when you sign up for our newsletter, inquire about courses, instructors, or hosting an event, or otherwise use the contact form on the Sire, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, and if you are inquiring about hosting an event, your location and course of interest. We categorize this information as “Inquiry Information.”

When referencing “Personal Information” within this document, we include Device Information, Order Information, Course Information, App Information, and Inquiry Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address). We also use this information to improve our Site by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

In most cases, we use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use Order Information to:

– Communicate with you;

We use Course Information to provide and improve the services you order from us.

We use App Information to contact you about our services you already use and about new and additional services you may be interested in.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information for the purposes described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
